History Begin

1979

Established with German technology and equipment, designed capacity 5000 tons/year. However, due to insufficient raw materials, plastic processing must be done manually.

At 1991

Joint venture with Tomen company of Japan, building lines and Japanese technology with a capacity of 2,000 tons/year. The main source of turpentine is in Quang Ninh province with about 1,400 tons/year.

1998

Tomen withdrew from the joint venture due to the financial crisis in Southeast Asia. On the other hand, after 8 years of business, plastic output did not reach the designed capacity.

2004

The company converted into a joint stock company with 51% state capital.

2007

Successfully researched and manufactured the second processing line in Quang Ninh with a capacity of 5,000 tons of spare parts per year based on the improvement of Japanese technology lines.

2009

Invested in a new production line in Quang Tri raw material area and continued to invest in a fourth processing line in 2012.

2010

Divesting state capital, the company was completely transformed into a joint stock company with 100% private capital with controlling shares belonging to Mr. Duong Van Thom, Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of the company.

2013

Currently, the company is installing the 5th production line in Quang Ninh at a new facility. It is expected that in June 2014, the facilities will be completely transferred from the current facility to the new one with an area of ​​3 hectares.
